BEW to hold community meeting in response to questions about current operations at Cedar Hills landfill.
BEW will be holding a meeting on September 21st at 7:30 p.m. at the Issaquah Community Center, 301 Rainier Blvd S, Issaquah. The topic of meeting will be the arsenic produced in the landfill gas and the current flaring of this gas by King County. The meeting will be hosted by Chuck Packard, BEW’s CEO. Also available will be Mr. Bob Rauch, an attorney with considerable environmental experience who will answer any questions relating to state and federal law on this activity. Hope to see you there!
